- dosty.co.in All products go through a quality check prior to despatch. In the rare case you receive a damaged product, we will either replace or refund for the damaged product.
- You need to notify us within 3 working days from the date you receive the product, in case you receive a damaged product. Notification can be through call, SMS, WhatsApp (98412 81747) or email (email@example.com) along with photos of the damaged product.
- The damaged product should be returned to our Chennai office to facilitate any exchange product or refund, or as decided by the management.
- Our liability ends at the point of first delivery. If you arrange for onward transit of the shipment received from us, we will not be responsible for any discrepancy arising in that.
- The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be prepaid in full by Buyer according to the payment amount stated at Checkout.
In case we offer a refund, it will take 3 working days to process the refund and payment will be made online through the Customer’s bank account only.

To cancel an order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or SMS or WhatsApp to our phone number 98412 81747 on the same day from order confirmation. Please include the order ID in the subject line. Example: Order Cancellation.
